School sessions
What do I offer?
I have been working in schools since the beginning of 2018 offering after-school fitness sessions as well as special sessions as part of Schools Sport's weeks, events or PE lessons.
I work with children in Preschools, Primary schools and also Secondary Schools.
I offer a wide variety of classes as detailed below but can work with schools to provide more targeted sessions, depending on needs. I also run a special Movin Monkeez programme which can be themed to match the pupil's current learning.

Types of classes I offer
Boogie Bounce
Boogie Bounce Kidz is a unique trampoline fitness programme aimed at children and young people of all ages. There is something magical about bouncing on a trampoline. Children find it incredibly engaging, and they want to bounce all day long to fun, funky music. Once you get them started they will be bouncers for life!
The Kidz programme is ideal not only for classes in schools, but also for kids’ birthday parties and classes outside of school as a healthy hobby for younger people.

Dance Fitness
Dance fitness is a group exercise session which is fun and easy-to-follow. Each song consists of 3 or 4 repetitive movements choreographed to current dance tunes and old party classics. It can be a stand alone dance aerobics class or taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our LED glow sticks.
The children can also use their creativity and teamwork skills to create their own easy to follow routines to present to the group.

Combat Fitness / Rockbox
These sessions involve boxing style air punching & kicking combined with stick smashing bodyweight toning movements. A class which gets the children's hearts pumping, creates different ways to release stress and is fantastic fun.
The workout is often done to rock music and provides a very different way to keep the children both physically and mentally fit.
Ever wanted to know what it felt like to be in your own rock band, rocking out to awesome music? Then try this session and feel the power of ROCK!

Hooping / Skipping
Recreational time for children is so often spent with their heads down on ipads looking at the next tiktok videos. They very often miss out on these basics of play and exercise. This session gives the children the chance to learn skipping and hooping basic skills and promote better all round gross motor skills, body/spatial awareness and physical development.
The sessions combine skills instruction, practise and hooping & skipping games.
